Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

I bought this one piece accessible toilet for my home because we needed something easier and safer for an older family member, and honestly it's been a really good decision. The height is perfect - noticeably higher than a standard toilet but not awkwardly tall. Sitting down and standing up feels much easier now, especially first thing in the morning when joints are stiff.
The one-piece design looks much nicer than I expected. I was worried it would look too"medical", but it actually looks clean and modern in the bathroom. No weird gaps either, which makes cleaning way easier. I don't miss scrubbing around two-piece seams at all.
Flush is strong and consistent. We've had zero clogging issues so far, even with regular use. The bowl design works well and water level seems just right. It's also quieter than our old toilet, which was a surprise.
Installation was pretty straightforward. It is heavier than a standard toilet, so having two people helps, but once it's in place it feels very solid and stable. The seat is comfortable and the height really does make a difference if you have knee or balance issues.
